Pricing questions

Do I have to subscribe?
No. The 24-hour pass is a single payment of $4.99 — nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. It removes the watermark from every export you make in the next 24 hours, however many that is. Creator Pro is for people making these every week.
What if my export fails while my pass is running?
Nothing is used up. The pass buys a 24-hour window, not one video, so you can retry as many times as you need. If a render will not complete on your device at all, email us and we will refund it.
Can I cancel my Creator Pro subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Your Creator Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period.
What does the free watermark look like?
A "made with texting.video" pill centered in its own strip just below the chat header, so it never covers a message and stays clear of the TikTok, Reels and Shorts buttons. It is visible in the editor preview, so the export is never a surprise. A pass or Creator Pro removes it.
Do free videos expire or have export limits?
No. Free exports do not expire and there is no video-count limit. They are the same video Creator Pro produces, at the same resolution, with every feature available — the watermark is the only difference.
How do I get a receipt or change my card?
Open Billing from inside the editor — it takes you to a secure Stripe portal with invoices and payment methods.
